Coils & Heat Exchangers

Custom-designed and ready-made options available

• DX Coils (Direct Expansion)

A type of heat exchanger used in HVAC systems where refrigerant flows directly through the coil to absorb heat from the air. They are commonly found in air conditioning units and offer efficient cooling by eliminating the need for a secondary chilled water loop.

Chilled Water Coils

Are used in HVAC systems to cool air by circulating chilled water through the coil tubes, which absorbs heat from the passing air. Unlike DX coils, they require an external chiller and pump system, making them ideal for larger commercial or industrial applications with centralized cooling.

Hot Water / Steam Coils

Hot water or steam coils are commonly used in HVAC systems to provide space heating. They work by circulating hot water or steam through a network of metal tubes, allowing heat to transfer to the air passing over the coil. This warmed air is then distributed throughout the building, making these coils essential for maintaining indoor comfort in colder climates.

Condenser Coils

An essential component in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. They help release heat from the refrigerant to the outside air. As the high-pressure refrigerant passes through the coils, it cools down and condenses from a gas to a liquid, completing the heat exchange cycle. Efficient condenser coils are vital for optimal system performance and energy efficiency.

Copper/Aluminum Fin Configurations

Are commonly used in HVAC coils to optimize heat transfer. Copper tubes provide excellent thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, while aluminum fins increase surface area for better heat exchange with the air. This combination offers a balance of performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness, making it ideal for heating and cooling applications. The design and spacing of fins can be adjusted to suit different environmental conditions and system requirements.

Condensers & Condensing Units

  • Air-Cooled Condensers

They are used in HVAC and refrigeration systems to release heat from the refrigerant to the surrounding air. They use fans to draw ambient air over condenser coils, where the hot refrigerant gas is cooled and condensed into a liquid. These systems are ideal for locations where water use is limited, offering easier installation and lower maintenance compared to water-cooled systems. They are commonly used in residential, commercial, and light industrial applications.

Water-Cooled Condensers

They use water instead of air to remove heat from the refrigerant. The refrigerant passes through a coil or heat exchanger, where circulating water absorbs the heat and carries it away—typically to a cooling tower. These condensers are highly efficient and are commonly used in large commercial or industrial HVAC systems where high cooling capacity is needed. Although more efficient than air-cooled systems, they require more complex installation and regular water treatment to prevent scaling and corrosion.

Fan Coil Units

Simple and versatile HVAC components that use a fan to blow air over a heating or cooling coil. The coil is connected to a central chiller or boiler, and the unit conditions the air before distributing it into the space. FCUs are commonly used in hotels, offices, and apartments for localized temperature control. They are available in various configurations (ceiling-mounted, floor-mounted, or concealed) and offer energy-efficient, zone-based climate control.

Condenser Fans & Motors

Key components in air-cooled HVAC systems, responsible for drawing air over the condenser coils to dissipate heat from the refrigerant. The fan moves ambient air across the coil surface, while the motor powers the fan at controlled speeds to ensure efficient heat rejection. Proper operation of condenser fans and motors is essential for maintaining system efficiency, preventing overheating, and ensuring reliable cooling performance. They are typically designed for durability, quiet operation, and energy efficiency.

Mini Condensing Units (for split-type setups)

Compact refrigeration or air conditioning components used in split-type systems, where the condenser is separated from the indoor evaporator unit. These units house the compressor, condenser coil, and fan, and are typically installed outdoors. Designed for small to medium-sized spaces, mini condensing units offer efficient cooling or heating with quieter indoor operation. They are ideal for residential and light commercial applications, providing flexible installation and easy maintenance.

➡️ Available in open or cabinet-type enclosures, with optional corrosion protection coatings.

Cold Room Equipment

  • PU Insulated Panels

High-performance building materials used for thermal insulation in cold rooms, clean rooms, and HVAC applications. These panels consist of rigid polyurethane foam sandwiched between two layers of metal sheets, typically steel or aluminum. Known for their excellent thermal resistance, lightweight structure, and durability, PU panels help maintain consistent indoor temperatures, improve energy efficiency, and reduce operational costs. They are widely used in food storage, pharmaceutical facilities, and industrial buildings.

Cold Room Doors (Hinged/Sliding)

Available in hinged or sliding designs, are essential for maintaining temperature control and energy efficiency in refrigerated spaces. Hinged doors are ideal for smaller openings and frequent access, while sliding doors are better suited for larger openings or limited space. These doors are built with high-density insulation and durable seals to minimize heat transfer and prevent air leakage, ensuring optimal performance in cold storage environments such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, and logistics.

Blast Freezer Units

High-capacity refrigeration systems designed to rapidly lower the temperature of perishable goods, typically from room temperature to -18°C or lower in a short time. This quick-freezing process helps preserve food quality, texture, and nutritional value by minimizing the formation of large ice crystals. Commonly used in the food processing and storage industries, blast freezers are essential for extending shelf life and meeting food safety standards. They are available in various sizes and configurations to suit different industrial needs.

Monoblock/Split Units

Self-contained systems where all components (compressor, condenser, and evaporator) are housed in a single unit. They are easy to install, compact, and ideal for small to medium-sized cold rooms.

Temperature Control Panels & Sensors

Essential components in refrigeration and HVAC systems, ensuring accurate monitoring and regulation of indoor temperatures. Sensors detect real-time temperature changes, while the control panel processes this data to adjust cooling or heating operations accordingly. These systems help maintain consistent conditions in cold rooms, freezers, and climate-controlled environments. Advanced models may include digital displays, alarms, remote monitoring, and programmable settings for improved efficiency, safety, and ease of use.
